Located on the cusp of Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach - S Dixie Hwy, Lumos Studio is a modern and minimalist photography space with a clean, open layout. The studio features a large white backdrop area, perfect for various types of photoshoots. The studio is well-equipped with various tools and props for photography. The overall ambiance of Lumos Studio is serene, with ample natural light flowing in, making it an ideal setting for both professional and lifestyle shoots.

Lumos Studio is located on S Dixie Hwy at 1400 S Dixie Hwy W, Ste 3W, Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
Our suite 3W is on the west side of Dixie Hwy - our plaza building is numbered 1350.

There is free parking in plaza parking lot

To maintain the pristine condition of our white vinyl floor, we kindly ask that no outdoor shoes be worn on this section of the studio. You are welcome to bring a separate pair of indoor shoes to use. This will help us keep the floor clean and ensure the best possible environment for your creative work.
For photographers and other guests who may not have indoor shoes, we provide plastic shoe covers to use as needed. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us preserve the quality of our studio space!

We are a natural light studio and our light is weather dependent.
We have lighting equipment available, which includes spotlight and modifiers and continuous light and modifiers.

In the unlikely event that any items are broken or damaged during your booking, please inform us immediately. Please note that broken or damaged items will be charged on-site or invoiced accordingly. To avoid any unnecessary charges, we encourage you to report any issues as soon as possible. We will check the studios before and after each booking to ensure that everything is in good condition, but your prompt reporting is crucial in helping us maintain our standards and provide the best possible experience for all of our clients
